| In the modern cigarette industry,the tobacco expansion process is widely used to improve the internal quality of cigarettes,reduce costs and improve safety.As a means of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,the expanded tobacco process is an important production link.The process gas temperature is an important process index for the expansion of the tobacco production process,which directly affects the quality of the tobacco.This paper takes the process temperature control of EVA equipment in Yuxi Cigarette Factory as the research object.The process of expanding tobacco shreds is analyzed,and the process temperature control system is studied.The working process of the process gas temperature system is actually a heat exchange work process.The system has complex characteristics such as large lag and time variation,and the mathematical model is difficult to obtain.The original control adopts simple intermittent switch control.For systems with pure hysteresis,the traditional Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID)control has better steady-state response characteristics,but it is difficult to obtain satisfactory dynamic response characteristics.Therefore,a control scheme using fuzzy control in the temperature control of the tobacco expansion process gas is proposed.Fuzzy control imitates human control to a certain extent,can have better dynamic response characteristics,and does not need to obtain the mathematical model of the controlled object,which has strong adaptability,fast rise time and good robustness.In this paper,a fuzzy control system is established for the complex gas with large inertia and pure time delay of the process gas temperature of the expanded tobacco,and the fuzzy control algorithm and the fuzzy control system are designed.However,the fuzzy controller is subject to the limitation of the fuzzy rule level and causes the steady-state error,so it is further improved,and the correction factor is added to optimize its steady-state performance,so that the automatic control process of the fuzzy controller is more in line with the human The characteristics of thinking in the control process,give full play to the advantages of the fuzzy control method.In this paper,the practical application experiments are carried out on the production line,and compared with the original control methods.The experimental results show that the system can effectively suppress the influence of pure lag,the dynamic response is fast,and the robustness is strong.When the parameters change greatly and there is interference.,still can achieve better control results. |
