The bending machine is a precision forming machine which uses force to slide the slide up and down along the rack and guide the workpiece to be placed horizontally and positioned to form the required section shape.At present,most domestic bending machines can only process one section of profiles.This requires higher production costs and labor costs.The competition among enterprises in modern society is increasingly fierce.Saving the cost of production and improving production efficiency are the key to occupy the advantage in the competition.In view of the disadvantages of most of the functions of the bending machine at present,a bending machine that can process various sections of steel is designed,and the stress analysis and the design of the hydraulic system for the key components are carried out.The bending machine designed in this paper can be used to counter the bending of all kinds of sections with the coefficient of bending section not greater than 5500cm~3.The problem of saving production cost and improving production efficiency is solved.The frame of the bending machine on the spot is designed,and the whole design scheme of the bending machine is designed,and the structure of each part is introduced.Then the models of various types of steel are calculated according to the coefficient of bending cross section.The flat steel,which is convenient for modeling and calculation,is chosen as the model to calculate the bending force required and to verify the bending force to meet the needs of the work.Workbench software is used to do static analysis of the front bar,the rear stick and the left side frame of the bending machine.The results show that the strength of the front and rear bars meets the requirements,while the maximum equivalent stress of the left bracket exceeds the yield limit of the material.The structure of the left rack is optimized to meet the strength requirements,and the parameters of the front and rear clubs are optimized so that they are of the lightest quality under the premise of meeting the strength requirements.Finally,the hydraulic system of the bending machine is designed.
