Research On The Innovative Application Of Plant Blue Dyeing Art In Fashion Design

Blue dyeing of plants has a long history.It not only has a far-reaching impact on Chinese costume culture,but also has great humanistic and artistic value that's the inspiration treasure house of modern costume design.At present,the research on plant blue dyeing mostly centers on its basic pattern and technological operation level,and lacks of research data on its application and design in clothing.Modern blue-dyed garments have some problems,such as homogeneity of product style,old decorative patterns and lack of recognition.Their artistic and commercial values need to be fully explored.The purpose of this project is to realize the harmonious coexistence of blue dyeing technology and its culture with modern fashion design and keep pace with the times,so as to better convey the beauty of blue dyeing art in modern design.In this paper,through collecting,sorting out and analyzing the related data of plant blue dyeing art,as well as visiting and researching,enterprise visiting,workshop practice and other work,we carry out the research on the subject of parallel theory and practice,whose main body is divided into five chapters.The first two chapters mainly summarize the development status,historical origin and basic technology of plant blue dyeing art.The third chapter is a systematic classification study of the existing blue-dyed patterns,clothing performance and corresponding processes,and illustrates and diverges thinking with relevant cases.The existing blue-dyed garment design performance is divided into three categories: flat pattern blending,three-dimensional texture blending and diversified comprehensive blending.The three types are further subdivided and their characteristics are analyzed and refined.The fourth chapter combs and practices the design thinking on this basis.On the premise of combining the current situation and the trend of clothing development,the paper focuses on the following two aspects to combine theory with practice.On the one hand,the design reconstruction and application practice expression of single ormultiple patterns are carried out under the guidance of "decorative effect" of blue dyeing planar pattern;on the other hand,the design thinking orientation of "state in process" of blue dyeing is centered around the following four directions:(1)binding,three-dimensional tie-up and dyeing process,fold texture;(2)patterning and brush effect of batik and painting process;(3)Gradual and tone overlapping of hanging and overlapping dyeing processes;(4)characteristics and comprehensive expression of other blue dyeing processes.Through a series of blue dyeing design practice and application expression,it presents "new" design ideas and diversified samples and clothing effects,and provides new thinking and expression for the innovative development of blue dyeing technology and clothing.In chapter five,based on the above diversified design methods and practical performance,carries out a series of blue dyeing garment design practices with the theme of "erosion".It organically integrates the elements,styles,outlines of modern fashion with the various forms of blue dyeing artistic expression obtained from innovative practice,to seek the expression and application of blue-dyed clothing design that conforms to the aesthetics of the times and breaks through the traditional style of blue-dyed clothing.
