Research On Safety Management Of Assembled(Concrete) Building Construction

In this century,driven by national policies and the development of assembled concrete construction technology,assembled buildings have returned to the public’s vision.At present,the assembly building in our country is in the stage of restoration and innovation.In order to make the assembly building develop more perfectly,the construction safety must be paid attention to.Construction stage,especially a stage of large number of new technologies have been used in,is a high-incidence stage of safety accidents,which not only endangers the safety of human life,but also hinders the healthy development of assembly building.Although China has established the safety production management system of traditional cast-in-place construction,the new safety production management system suitable for assembly construction is not perfect enough.How to ensure the rapid development of assembly building and production safety has become the focus of social attention.In the safety management of assembly building construction,seven links where there are major hidden dangers mainly include prefabricated component loading,site storage,hoisting operation,temporary support system,work protection at high edge,temporary power supply,safety education and training.Through the questionnaire investigation and analysis of the above links,the paper summarizes the major risk factors in each link.In order to ensure the safety of assembly building construction production,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the safety problems existing in each link.Taking the assembly construction project constructed by K Group as an example,this paper introduces a series of pertinent measures adopted by the enterprise in the safety management of the assembly construction,which has achieved good management effect and good reference,and can provide reference for other construction enterprises in the safety management of the assembly construction.
