The Research On Moisture Content Measurement In Mixed Fluid

Water content of crude oil is an important parameter in petroleum exploitation and petrochemical industry,and is the key data in oilfield production and oil trading.In view of the urgent need to measure the moisture content of crude oil in the process of exploitation,this paper puts forward a method to measure the moisture content of crude oil in the mixed fluid.In this paper,the theoretical research of microwave,microwave resonator and loop antenna is carried out,the measurement principles of water content by two microwave methods are analyzed,and some related parameters of loop antenna and microwave resonator are discussed.After some basic theoretical research,HFSS simulation of circular antenna and cylindrical microwave resonator is carried out,and then corresponding analysis of the simulation results of circular antenna and microwave resonator is made,which provides help for the optimal design of the measurement system.At the same time,the software design and flow chart of each part of the measurement system,including ADC conversion,OLED display,data processing,data storage and other parts of the software design and flow chart.Then,this paper also designs the measurement system hardware circuit,measurement system hardware circuit is mainly composed of three parts,respectively for transmitting circuit,main control circuit and receiving circuit,the transmission circuit is mainly used in the production of microwave signal and the signal of power amplifier,main control circuit is mainly used to complete the ADC conversion and data display,storage,transmission,and other functions,receiving circuit is mainly responsible for power detection and signal amplification.Finally,according to theoretical research,HFSS simulation,software design and hardware circuit design,we built an experimental platform and conducted systematic tests on the measurement system in the laboratory,thus verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the system.By carrying out the research work in this paper,an effective water content measurement method,namely microwave resonator method,is finally developed.Combined with the production requirements of the oil field,it is hoped that this design can be applied in the process of crude oil exploitation.
