With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid progress of science and technology,in the face of increasingly fierce international competition and increasingly complex market management environment,the competition theme of group enterprises is no longer the capital competition in the initial stage,and the competition of talents has become the mainstream at present.Therefore,the key indicator to measure the healthy development of an enterprise is whether the human resources department of the enterprise is working effectively,which has already played the role of a booster for the development of the enterprise.Nowadays,human resource leaders of every enterprise have paid more and more attention to the development of information technology,because it directly determines the efficiency and level of human resource management.To realize the informatization of human resources in group enterprises,we should take "centralized control,decentralized management,collaborative operation and performance improvement" as the core,workflow as the driving force,job description and competency matrix as the two management cornerstones,comprehensive performance management as the core,post-performance and performance appraisal as the main line,organization management,staff management,recruitment management,training management and so on.As the core module of human resources management,human resources planning,employee career management,talent evaluation,key indicators management and human resources management and control are the core modules of human resources management information solutions.H Group is a diversified enterprise which mainly produces chemical raw materials.There are more than 20 molecular companies under H Group.Each company’s management mode is different.Group enterprises pay attention to top-level design,audit and supervision,and subordinate enterprises pay attention to plan refinement and concrete implementation.The idea of integrated development has been advocated.Because of the complexity of its own organizational structure,the human resource management system is also complicated and changeable.H Group’s human resource management informationization is still in its infancy.With the continuous development of external environment and internal management practice,the company’s existing human resource management information system in practical application has been far from the original purpose of the enterprise.Based on the investigation of the application of the existing system,this paper combines with what I have learned in the process of implementing the information system.First-hand information,analysis found that H Group in the application of human resources management information system,there are information flow does not share,business process duplication and procrastination,the existing module function node utilization is not high,some important functional modules are missing,the system and business processes are not well connected,the system lacks flexibility and so on.Aiming at the problems existing in the human resource management information system of H Group,this paper adopts the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,takes the application of specific functional modules as an example,optimizes the application of the existing system by increasing the functions of salary management,self-service,human cost analysis and attendance management,and improves the efficiency of human resource management of H Group,thus providing a comprehensive for H Group system application optimization solution.Through this study,it should provide a good constructive reference for the application optimization of human resource management information system in H Group,which is currently in operation.At the same time,it has a certain guiding significance for other enterprises in the application optimization of human resource management information system.
