In recent years,the development momentum of the technology and the modern industry is becoming stronger,the electromechanical equipment as an important tool of industrial production,its healthy operation is directly related to the safety production of the enterprise,and even affect the personal safety of the relevant personnel.Once the equipment starts to work for a long time,if serious abnormal operation or sudden failure occurs,certain production loss will be caused.In view of this,on the premise of improving the safety and reliability of the equipment,a scientific,reasonable,rapid and accurate method for evaluating the health status of the equipment can be studied.On the one hand,it can reduce the probability of the sudden abnormality and failure of the equipment,and find out the cause and source of the fault.Reducing accidents and preventing accidents;On the other hand,can give the maintenance and repair suggestion in time,reduces the extra maintenance economical expense.This paper first describes the related concepts of Prognostics and Health Management(PHM),and health status assessment,then introduces the current research status of health state assessment technology at home and abroad in detail,and then analyzes the equipment health index and health diagnosis theory in detail.Several common methods of health state evaluation are described.Based on these basic theories and methods,the evaluation method of health state of oxygen making air compressor is studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weight is studied.Considering the actual situation of each subsystem of air compressor,the main factors affecting health performance are determined,and the hierarchical index system of state evaluation is constructed.In this paper,a method for calculating the combined weight is proposed,which improves the problem that the weight distribution of the evaluation parameters at all levels is too subjective or objective,and thus establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the state of the air compressor.The state evaluation of the air compressor in an oxygen plant is carried out,and the results of the operation state evaluation are obtained,which shows the effectiveness of the method.(2)A comprehensive health assessment method of air compressor based on aging effect is studied.By introducing the empirical formula of aging health index of power equipment,a variable health factor is proposed to modify the result of equipment operation health index,and the calculation formula of comprehensive health index is obtained.It is applied to the evaluation example of air compressor,and on the basis of historical sample data,a nonlinear fitting model based on running time is established,and the changing trend of comprehensive health index with time is obtained.According to the fitting results,the future health status of the air compressor can be evaluated and the time node of maintenance and maintenance can be predicted.
