Hydrogen has become one of the most promising clean energy sources because of its wide source,safety,environmental protection,low density,high calorific value and easy storage.Hydrogen production from electrolytic water has become the main production mode of small-scale hydrogen production because of its few supporting equipment and simple process.Hydrogen is an inflammable and explosive product.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the temperature,pressure,liquid level and other parameters to ensure that the process is in a controlled and safe state in the production process.On the basis of fully studying the principle and technology of hydrogen production from electrolytic water,a set of monitoring device for thermal parameters based on embedded single-product machine technology is designed and developed in order to realize the monitoring of the process.The device can carry out data acquisition,data operation,storage and display of analog signal,on-off quantity I/O signal and serial digital input signal,such as pressure,flow rate,liquid level and differential pressure in the production process to realize real-time monitoring on site.In addition,an embedded WEB server is constructed to realize the functions of network publishing and communication of various signals and users can log in to browse and visit the field monitoring system remotely through the authentication of authority.The paper analyzes the design scheme of monitoring device,hardware selection and other design processes and gives the hardware design results and the design of relative software function modules.Finally,the software and hardware are jointly debugged in the laboratory to complete the relevant simulation experiments and data tests and draw various real-time data monitoring curves and data tables.The experimental results show that the designed monitoring device has stable hardware operation,strong Anti-electromagnetic interference ability,complete software functions and good interface.At the same time,the hardware design retains the secondary development function which can expand the application scope of the device.
