Since the new century,China’s rapid economic development,urbanization and industrialization improved continually.In the process of rapid development,the environment suffered great damage.Large-scale living garbage and industrial waste emissions make environmental security of agricultural products origin facing a huge threat.The deterioration of environmental safety situation in agricultural producing area has a direct impact on the quality of agricultural products.And therefore the origin of agricultural products safety issues have attracted more and more attention.Relevant government departments are also looking for ways to monitor the environmental status of agricultural products.Timely and accurate monitoring of environmental conditions of agricultural products origin,and collect relevant data for risk assessment to ensure the safety of agricultural products is of great significance.And the development of information technology also makes it possible to use Internet technology and GIS technology to monitor the environmental status of agricultural producing area.By migrating GIS platform functions to the Internet platform,we can collect the data of agricultural products origin in real time,establish the database of environmental information,provide information inquiry,data statistics,pollution risk analysis and so on.The study area of this study is Jiangsu Province.The data are derived from the actual sampling and investigation of the origin of agricultural products.The number of sampling points is numerous,the area of the monitoring area is wide,the number of data collected is numerous,Traditional agricultural products environmental monitoring methods collect data inefficiently,analyze data in single way,cannot meet today’s new situation of the environmental monitoring work.In view of the problems,this study,based on the characteristics of environmental investigation work of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province,puts forward the scheme of establishing the pollution evaluation system of agricultural products based on open source WebGIS technology.WebGIS not only has the powerful information gathering and processing ability of network application,but also has the powerful spatial analysis ability of GIS.Based on the open source WebGIS,the agricultural origin pollution evaluation system can quickly collect the information of agricultural products in different places,and use the spatial analysis model and the pollution evaluation model to evaluate the pollution and obtain the pollution risk assessment map.The research contents and achievements of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)This study has established a system architecture based on open source WebGIS technology,and has been successfully applied in practice.Based on this system,Jiangsu Agricultural Environment Protection Station carried out in 2014 and 2015 environmental monitoring data entry work of agricultural producing area.The experience of system implementation in the previous two years has allowed many problems of the system to be exposed and corrected.The overall architecture of the system can be adapted to the actual use,proved to be a mature system architecture.Subsequent functional development can be done on top of this architecture.(2)This study is the first exploratory application of open source WebGIS technology in the field of agricultural products pollution monitoring.Traditional WebGIS development is based on commercial GIS software,has high cost,and more restrictions.And open source WebGIS technology is the source code all free and open.Based on this,the development is more secure,more flexible.The successful application of open source WebGIS technology provides a new idea and direction for WebGIS development.(3)The data entry module of the system achieve the entry and management of the environmental monitoring data of agricultural origin in Jiangsu Province in recent years,and establishes the environmental information database of agricultural products origin.At the same time the establishment of data audit module,the development of data standards ensure that the database data quality and the accuracy of late data analysis results.(4)This study analyzes the existing common spatial analysis methods,and selects the inverse distance weight interpolation method and the Kriging interpolation method as the spatial interpolation tool of the system.After studying the common soil pollution evaluation method,the single factor evaluation method,the Nemero index method and so on are integrated into the system analysis tool.Users are free to choose analytical methods to analyze data.(5)Through the study and integration of GIS spatial analysis technology and environmental pollution risk assessment model,an analysis and evaluation module was established to achieve the analysis of environmental pollution data of agricultural products origin,and the results of pollution element distribution and pollution risk classification were obtained.The result provide technical support to heavy metal pollution prevention and control work.
