Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of JWT Production Equipment Maintenance Project Management

The maintenance management of the production equipment is an important work of the enterprise,which is related to the growth and development of the enterprise.On the surface,it seems that the maintenance work of the production equipment is different from the construction of the general engineering project,but we can note that both of these two tasks are one-time work carried out under certain resource constraints.And all of them need to be achieved through organizational efforts,in accordance with the goals set in advance.So we can try to use the method of project management to manage the maintenance of the production equipment,of course,because the maintenance of the production equipment has its own uniqueness,it may be more difficult to manage.After analyzing and studying the characteristics of production equipment maintenance work,the development course of production equipment maintenance management work,the present situation of domestic and foreign production equipment maintenance management work and the maintenance management work of JWT Company,This paper analyzes the maintenance management of production equipment in JWT Company combined with the theory of project management,and finds out the problems existing in the maintenance management of production equipment in JWT Company.Referring to the advanced experience of the maintenance management of the production equipment at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the improvement of the maintenance management of the production equipment of JWT Company by using the project management theory.In this paper,the project management theory is systematically discussed,and combined with this theory,the renovation scheme for the maintenance of the production equipment of JWT Company is put forward.
