This project is an environmental protection treatment project,the object of disposal is waste residue,which has caused great damage to the environment.The treatment plan is to completely eliminate the environmental pollution of waste residue in these areas,and properly dispose of it through the way of"safe landfill + zero discharge of sewage".In order to build a safe slag yard that meets the requirements of national environmental protection standards and achieve the goals of convenient management,simple operation and economic application in the operation process,a good design scheme often plays a crucial role.Based on this,this paper studies the design of Jijie Town industrial waste disposal site.In conclusion,it has the following characteristics:(1)Rational layout,reduction of land occupation and conservation of land resources.Through detailed site survey and topographic analysis,advanced three-dimensional design software was adopted to carefully arrange the project slag yard and various structures,and finally the design scheme was determined.(2)Clean up and distribute sewage to the maximum extent,reduce leachate and reduce environmental risk.The design is implemented in three stages according to the topography and annual income of slag.The construction starts at the end of the reservoir,which greatly reduces the amount of leachate discharged during the operation of each stage.(3)The setting of double regulating pool increases the effective volume of regulat:ing pool and realizes real zero emission.In the design,a regulating pool is formed by constructing a retaining dam on the side of the external slope of Phase I and Phase II reactor.At the same time,a regulating pool is set up downstream of the final retaining dam.The effective volume of the double regulating tank in the first and second stage operation can not only meet the requirements of normal leachate storage,but also meet the storage of the total amount of wastewater in a flood,so as to realize the real"zero discharge"of leachate and other wastewater.(4)Optimize seepage control structure and storage technology to ensure safety and environmental protection.This project belongs to the valley type slag yard,and the construction standard is the general industrial solid waste type ? disposal yard.According to the hydrogeological conditions of the site,HDPE film + GCL artificial anti-seepage lining is selected as the anti-seepage structure layer of the project.In view of the stability of the anti-seepage structure layer,a stable rough anti-seepage film is adopted on the slope.
