The research work was conducted at Lake,Sichuan,China.This research work consist of two main parts first,Chemical Variables status.Second,computing Geostatistical Analysis.The assessment of surface water quality was done by using Water quality index.Water quality index is an international recognized method which represents the standard values for maximum and minimum level of chemical variables in surface water.Different chemical variables were computed to find the most accurate values of water quality.Chemical variables were analyzed in graphical representation which includes TP,TOC,NH3-N,Potassium permanganate index,CODcr,TN,Oxidation reduction potential,Chlorophyll,Turbidity,DO,Conductivity,pH,Temperature.Geo statistical analysis were applied to analyze water quality index.Water quality index is calculated by eight parameters Total nitrogen,Total phosphorous,Total organic compound,Potassium permanganate index,dissolved oxygen,Chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,and Oxidation reduction potential.
