Environmental pollution problens of progestins and glucocorticoid in the Livestock and poultry breeding process seriously threaten the human health and ecological environment, and the corresponding research at home and abroad is relatively lacking,so,it is of great significance to study the environmental behavior and pollution control of steroid hormones in livestock manure. From the perspective of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, this article studies optimization of process parameters in aerobic and anaerobic composting process respectively. The results are:(1)Optimize aerobic composting process parameters.Based on the study of the effect of moisture content,C/N and additives on composting process, this article emphatically studies the effects of the removal of progesterones and the study of degradation and transformation and the final optimization parameters were determined as moisture content of 60%,C/N(22.4-28.6).Besides,high temperature can effectively degrade hormone material.(2)Optimize anaerobic composting process parameters.Based on the study of the effect of Temperature, substrate concentration and C/N,this article emphatically studies the effects of the removal of progesterones and Glucocorticoids and the study of degradation and transformation and the final optimization parameters were determined as 37?-55?,C/N ratio of 17.4,substrate concentration 60 g VS/L.Besides,the removal of Homione is poor in anaerobic conditions.(3)This article analyzes the effects of aerobic composting and anaerobic digestion on the removal and degradation of hormones. The results show that the aerobic composting effect was better.
