Our country is a refined oil consumption big country.For the past few years,the market economy has achieved great progress.The domestic refined oil retail market has been formed by two big state-owned enterprises as the main body,and foreign and private enterprises to participate the basic pattern of competition.The competition situation of retail terminal network is more serious year by year,the business operation mode of gas station is facing a new development turning point.Based on such background,the research on gas station operation and operation mode is of great significance.In this paper,it analyzes the situation of the refined oil retail industry,combining with the factors of industry policy and the present status of the development of society and economics.At the same time,it combines the analysis of competition situation and consumer strength,introduces the operating environment of the whole market.Then it integrates S company's operation idea,introduces its business type and its existing problem.To provide the reference basis for developing the company S operation mode,this paper introduces the foreign gas station business operation mode and studies its advantages,combining with the operation mode and its development experience of the domestic industry.Finally combining with each business sector and its characteristic of the actual situation of S company,this paper provides some suggestions of the corresponding business development,makes effort on optimizing the existing business operation mode to enhance its core competitiveness,to expand market share,and to develop high quality network.This aritcal puts forward that S company should carry out the innovation of operation mode by learning from successful operation model and management experience of domestic and foreign.In addition to maintaining and stabilizing existing proprietary networks,the franchise nodel and operator model should also be tried.Thus,it should promote network construction with brand value,make full use of its own advanced management system and operation experience,and carry out diversified development of operation mode.Besides,the newly established operators and franchising stations should adopt uniform operating standards with proprietary stations to reduce management difficulty,to reduce operating costs and negotiate costs.While strengthening supervision,the company should also provide continuous and effective support to help operators and franchising stations get on the right track as soon as possible to achieve more profits and promote win-win results.As for the non-oil business of gas station,it should to take various lIleasures to guide its diversified development.Facing with the development of the business of a single bottleneck,it should promote different industry cooperation actively and enhance network and customer resources sharing,improve service quality continuously.Thus,the gas station maybe increase customer goodwill degrees and promote recommended value to cultivate loyal customer.In addition,it cannot leave the scientific and effective management means,no matter what kind of gas station business development.It should make full use of the advantage of retail management system by strengthening the construction of the supply distribution center,improving the operational efficiency of single station overall,and lifting force of the whole network to improve business performance.Finally,realizing the company's health and sustainable development.
