Noodles are traditional staple foods in China.Among them,noodles are popular among Chinese people because of their high quality and low price,easy to preserve,safe and hygienic.The characteristics of noodles are suitable for large-scale industrial production and easy transportation.It is the fact that some East Asian countries have been widely consumed.In recent years,China's noodle industry has developed rapidly,the market has been growing year by year,the level of equipment automation has been increasing year by year,and the production efficiency and quality of products have improved year by year.At present,the noodle industry has formed a very complete production,sales and R&D industrial chain.According to relevant statistics,2016 In the year,the total demand for noodles in China reached more than 6 million tons,and maintained an average annual growth of about 10%.The drying of the noodles is the most critical part in the production process of the noodle.The quality of the drying process directly affects the taste,color and cooking of the product.The drying process is not well controlled,the product performance is poor,and the defective products are produced.The product is scrapped,so the drying process technology optimization of the noodle and the improvement of the drying room equipment are the key research objects of various food enterprises and research institutes.At present,the theoretical research on the drying process of noodles has been very deep,from the physical and chemical indicators of noodles to the process control indicators are relatively perfect,but subject to the level of enterprise automation,most of the equipment in the drying room is manually operated,the control method Inefficient and extensive,it is difficult to form scientific production standards and management norms,and product quality accidents often occur.Drying rooms have become a bottleneck link that restricts enterprise standardization and automation.Through research,this paper proposes an automatic control system for drying room based on fuzzy control,which realizes the unattended regulation of drying room automation,and achieves the goal of stable production process index and high quality and stability.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research the process of noodle production,query the data and combine the empirical data of the production site to propose the most suitable temperature and humidity data for the drying room.2.Study the characteristics of several common noodle drying rooms.Due to the small investment and high production efficiency of the tunnel-type drying room,it is the direction of the development of drying rooms in recent years.However,the space area of the tunnel-type drying room is large and the convection is complicated.The traditional control The solution is difficult to achieve the ideal temperature and humidity control.The tunnel oven system was modeled,and the CFD software Icepak was used to carry out the physical modeling of the drying room.The Anstrat 17.0 software of Fluent was used to carry out gas laminar flow,turbulent flow simulation and thermal field simulation in the drying room.According to the solution results,a kind of solution was proposed.The temperature and humidity data weighting algorithm calculates the comprehensive temperature and humidity data of the relevant area of the drying room.3.Perform parameter analysis on the simplified drying room model,blur the control input parameters and output parameters of the drying room,establish fuzzy subsets,and use Matlab's built-in fuzzy toolbox to establish two sets of multi-input and single-output fuzzy reasoners.,the fuzzy reasoner is made as a library function.4.Set up the intelligent monitoring system of the drying room,build the upper computer based on Siemens Wincc platform,call the fuzzy reasoner,and prepare the automatic control program based on SimicS7 series PLC,and cooperate with the electric actuator to realize the intelligent temperature and humidity control of the drying room.5.Summarize the research and propose the next research direction.
