| Aiming at the problems that quinoa ’ s seed size is small,there are so many impurities after harvested by machine,the cleaning equipment on the market can,t clean completely at present and the rate of seed loss is high.In this paper,the quinoa mixture unloaded from the grain box of the combine harvester was taken as the research object,and the cleaning test of large impurities in the quinoa mixture was preliminarily carried out.The second part was the selection test of light impurities and small impurities in the quinoa mixture.The research contents are as follows:(1)The mechanically harvested quinoa mixture of the new variety "Mengli 2" quinoa was classified and analyzed,and various physical properties of the qunioa mixture were measured.Such as water content,1000-grain weight,triaxial size,density,angle of repose,static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient.(2)The reciprocating vibrating screen used for the preliminary cleaning of quinoa mixture was analyzed theoretically,and the single factor test analysis was carried out on the four factors that affect the cleaning performance,such as the mesh size of woven sieve,the rotating speed of vibrating screen,the dip angle of the upper shaky sieve and the lower shaky sieve,and then the orthogonal test analysis was carried out on the optimal level of each factor.The results were as follows:when the woven screen mesh size is 12,the rotational speed of the shaky sieve is 275 r/min,the dip angle of the upper shaky sieve is 3。,the dip angle of the lower one is 3.8°,the rate of cleanliness is amounted to 88.92%,and the loss rate was 0.56 ‰.(3)Based on the preliminary cleaning of the quinoa mixture,the sifting motion analysis of the flat rotary selected screen was carried out to determine the factors affecting the cleaning effect and the single factor text analysis was carried out on the size of punching sieve aperture,turning speed,feeding amount,etc.And then the optimal level of each factor was selected for orthogonal test analysis.The results indicate that when the aperture size of the punching screen is φ 2.4,the turning speed is 438r/min and the feeding amount is 1.85kg/min,the rate of cleanliness is 97.56%.and the loss rate was 1.48%.Compared with the cleaning rate and loss rate in Inner Mongolia,the cleanliness rate increased by 5.76%and the loss rate decreased by 6.92%.It provides basic data for later improvement and optimization of cleaning equipment or development of quinoat-specific cleaning machines. |
