Research On Optimization Of Working Capital Management Of A Company Based On Supply Chain

A good management of the working capital of an enterprise is helpful to the realization of its own business and strategic objectives,so its importance can not be underestimated.Working capital plays an important role in the financial management and operation of enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have risen,but their working capital management is still in a relatively primary stage,extensive development is still the dominant way.If you want to make some achievements in the industry,whether it is the management level or management mode,there are further requirements,and improving the management level of their operating funds is the most important.In this paper,four methods are used to study the causes and problems of operating capital management of A Chemical Company in the petroleum resin industry,and to optimize and improve the methods,taking A Company in the petroleum resin industry as the research object and introducing the perspective of supply chain.Two parts in this article introduce various theoretical concepts involved in the study,such as working capital theory,supply chain theory and the evaluation system of working capital from the perspective of supply chain;the third part describes.Based on the general situation of petroleum resin chemical industry and A chemical company,combined with the common problems in petroleum resin chemical processing industry,this paper judges and analyses the problems and causes in the management of operating funds of A chemical company.Then,in view of the problems existing in the management of operating funds of A petroleum resin chemical company,a feasible optimization scheme is put forward,and the integration of different channels is the first step.The four parts mainly cover the content.The last chapter,the fifth chapter,makes a concise summary of the whole paper.The analysis of working capital in this paper is mainly based on the management of working capital from the perspective of supply chain.Unlike traditional methodsof analysis and evaluation,it emphasizes the integration of financial and business development,and applies financial data to business as data direction support.This provides a strong guarantee for optimizing the operation cycle of capital,reducing the cost of capital occupation.The exploratory research carried out by the author summarizes the characteristics and general problems of working capital in the petroleum resin chemical industry from the perspective of supply chain.In addition,the optimized scheme of working capital management of A Chemical Company designed in the study provides reference for petroleum resin enterprises and small and medium-sized private enterprises in way to solve the problems existing in working capital management.
