Over the years,persistent efforts have been undertaken to promote construction safety,but fatalities and accidents still plague the construction industry.Impotent supervision on work safety and insufficient safety investment is major reasons leading to the serious conditions of unsafe construction.The statistical analysis proved that the important factor impacting the safety performance of the project is not only the supervision behavior but also the reluctance of contractors inputting of resources to safety.Due to the construction project involves the interests of many parties,safety supervision often can't be effectively carried out.Therefore,research on strategy choices of the government supervision agency(GSA),the supervision engineer(SE)and the General contractor(GC)is helpful to explore the automatic evolution of supervision behaviors from asymmetry to equilibrium.Based on the common practice of construction supervision in China,this study presents the evolutionary game relationships between government,owner,supervision engineer,general contractor,subcontractor and workers in the construction field.Based on the safety input rate of the GC,this paper links the two parts of the on-site construction game and the safety supervision game together and build the relationship formula between the accident probability of construction and the ratio of safety input of the GC.A tripartite evolutionary game model of safety supervision is developed to analyze the dynamic evolution tendency and stability of the replicator dynamic equation.Through the system dynamics,the dynamic simulation of the game evolution process is carried out,and the probability of the game is predicted using the connectivity probability of the Markov chain.At last,this study provides optimization suggestions aiming the safety supervision mechanism in china in order to reduce the accident probability and help the key safety supervision stakeholders to establish supervision strategy and improve safety management.
