Shanghai ai-lu packaging co.,LTD.(" ai-lu " for short)is a powder packaging industry enterprise integrating the production of powder packaging products and intelligent powder packaging equipment.When the company was founded in 2006,its founder Mr.Chen ankang accumulated the company’s culture and formed a positive corporate culture atmosphere in the company during his many arduous entrepreneurial journeys.With the growth of the company,under the strong promotion of the founder Mr.Chen ankang and his management team,the company’s corporate culture concept gradually formed,which played a positive role in promoting the brand image of the company’s powder packaging products.In recent years,with the changes in China’s national conditions and the market situation of powder packaging industry,ai-lu packaging company’s performance ushered in a period of both opportunities and challenges.As competition among peer enterprises intensifies,the layout of the whole industrial chain of powder packaging products has become the consensus of industrial enterprise reform.Through merger and acquisition,ailu packaging co.,ltd.controls the intelligent powder filling equipment company and hose,sheet and plastic injection packaging products company.By virtue of this,it owns its two sub-brands,ruitai and aikun,realizing the enrichment and upgrading of the brand culture,which is an important component of corporate culture.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results of corporate culture at home and abroad,this paper takes the widely accepted theory of four levels of organizational culture as the theoretical basis of this paper,namely the spiritual level,the institutional level,the behavioral level and the material level.Based on a four-level survey of the management and general staff of ebooks packaging co.,LTD.,this paper has a basic understanding of the current situation of the organizational culture construction of ebooks packaging co.,LTD.On the basis of the cognitive,found the problem,find out reason and put forward the countermeasures of thesis structure,respectively for YiLu packaging company every culture level,the existence question has carried on the analysis,and find out the reasons behind the problems,to put forward in view of the cultural level and Suggestions for improvement,increase the efficiency of the enterprise organization for YiLu packaging company,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to provide powerful weapon.Through the study found that YiLu packaging company all set on corporate core values,mainly is the lack of core and soul of leadership,as Mr Chen Ankang YiLu packaging,the founder of the company is mainly in older employees YiLu packing co.,there are higher values influence,and length of service is still in YiLu packaging company values influence of the new staff.In the end,this paper intends to improve the influence of founder Mr.Chen ankang on new employees through the organizational guarantee,system guarantee,human resource guarantee and resource guarantee of the enterprise culture construction of ailu packaging company.
