The 12 th Five-Year Plan of the State clearly puts forward the main trend of the future development of China’s coal industry,the first of which is to speed up the pace of mergers and acquisitions among industries.It calls for the closure of small coal mining enterprises,the integration of the coal industry,and the establishment of large state-owned energy enterprises.Yulin City should integrate the six original state-owned energy enterprises under the national policy and establish Yulin Energy Group.After the establishment of the Group,the construction of management and control system,project construction and economic benefits have maintained the momentum of rapid development.However,due to the differences in corporate culture,the problem of "agglomeration without agglomeration,agglomeration without agglomeration" in the stage of integration construction has become increasingly prominent.As an important means of modern enterprise management and enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises,corporate culture has gradually become a key factor determining the success or failure of enterprises.Yulin Energy Group wants to become bigger and stronger,and building its own corporate culture with its own characteristics is the key link of development and growth.Guided by the theory of corporate culture,this paper first defines the core concepts related to corporate culture,cultural construction and energy industry,then introduces the integration and construction of Yulin Energy Group in detail,and summarizes them from the perspective of cultural construction.Secondly,using the methods of investigation and analysis and descriptive statistics,the paper makes a thorough investigation,induction and summary of the construction and promotion of enterprise culture system during the integration of Yulin Energy Group through questionnaires,and uses the theory of enterprise culture to analyze the current situation,existing problems and causes of the problems of enterprise culture of Yulin Energy Group.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of Yulin Energy Group,the optimization principles and solutions are put forward.Finally,the implementation steps and safeguard measures for the promotion of landing are given.It is hoped that the paper will be of some reference significance to the construction and popularization of Yulin Energy Group’s "co-creation" cultural system.This paper systematically studies the corporate culture construction of Yulin Energy Group.Under the background of the integration of state-owned energy enterprises,it combines the cultural construction of energy enterprises with the characteristics of energy industry,pays attention to field research,deeply analyses the current situation and problems,and gives the optimization principles,schemes and steps of cultural construction,and formulates the guarantee.The barrier measures can provide reference for the research of enterprise culture construction in energy industry.
