SO2 is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere and one of the main components of acid rain.The flue gas produced by the coking industry contains a higher concentration of SO2.Therefore,the task of SO2 in coke oven flue gas cannot be delayed.At present,most coking enterprises in China use the method of"desulfurization"to treat coke oven flue gas,that is,the use of desulfurizer to absorb SO2 in flue gas.This type of process has large equipment area,high cost,difficult to handle by-products and secondary pollution.Serious and other shortcomings.Based on the actual problems,this thesis analyzes the source of SO2 in coke oven flue gas and proposes the study of"control"of SO2 concentration in coke oven flue gas.According to the analysis of the source of SO2 in the flue gas of the coke oven,it is found that about 30%of the SO2 in the flue gas is derived from the heated gas containing sulfur,and about 70%is derived from the leakage of the waste gas in the carbonization chamber.high).Therefore,controlling the leakage of waste gas in the carbonization chamber is the key to controlling the concentration of SO2 in the flue gas.Based on this,this thesis establishes a coke oven flue gas control sulfur scheme.According to the actual production process and process control requirements,the coke oven carbonization chamber pressure and coke oven combustion chamber pressure are controlled to reduce and stabilize the coking between the two.The pressure difference generated in the process,thereby controlling the leakage of the coke oven waste gas and reducing the SO2 concentration of the coke oven flue gas.For the control of coke oven carbonization chamber pressure,a single carbonization chamber pressure control system was designed for the deficiency of traditional collector pipe pressure control.According to the coking characteristics of the carbonization chamber,different coking period data were collected and the models were identified respectively.The fuzzy PID control algorithm was used to control it,and its effectiveness was verified by simulation experiments.For the control of the coke oven combustion chamber pressure,the PID algorithm is used to change the opening degree of the flue gas splitting of the combustion chamber in real time,thereby adjusting the suction force of the coke oven to ensure the stability of the combustion chamber pressure.Finally,the flue gas SO2 control scheme designed in this thesis is realized in Siemens PLC.After the system is debugged,the SO2concentration in the coke oven flue gas of the OPTIMA7 flue gas analyzer is tested to verify the feasibility of the coke oven flue gas control scheme.
