| Laser edge sealing technology,as the most advanced seamless edge sealing technology at this stage,has attracted more and more attention from major furniture manufacturers and consumers because of its high processing efficiency and good edge sealing effect.In this paper,based on the basic processing principle of laser edge-sealing technology and the research mode of "theory-simulation test-Test verification",the parameters of influencing factors of laser edge-sealing technology are systematically studied,which has important theoretical significance and great practical value for the wider application of this advanced edge-sealing technology.Firstly,based on the theory of heat transfer,a more accurate temperature field model of laser edge sealing is established by using the APDL programming language of ANSYS.The temperature field changes with the change of any single process influencing factor.It is found that when the single process influencing factor is changed,the change of power will only affect the temperature field,but when the other single process influencing factor is changed,the temperature will only affect the temperature field.The change is often accompanied by the change of temperature distribution.From the aspect of mechanism,the specific changes and effects of process parameters on material properties were deeply explored.Secondly,according to the influence of material thermal characteristics and single process factors on temperature field,three groups of simulated orthogonal experiments of laser edge-sealing temperature field for three different kinds of plastic edge-sealing strips were carried out,and the experimental results were analyzed and discussed by range method and variance method respectively.The influence intensity of the three material edge-sealing factors on the temperature field is determined as follows:colloid layer thickness>spot diameter>laser scanning speed>output power.Among them,the thickness of colloid layer and spot diameter have very significant influence on the temperature field.Finally,according to the method of "Measuring the Peeling Strength of Plastic Edge Sealing Strip under Vertical Tensile Force Action",the test results show that under the same bonding conditions,the optimum sequence of sealing material is ABS>PMMA>PVC,and the optimum technological parameters of ABS Edge Sealing Strip are as follows:laser scanning speed 20mm/s,laser output power 1500W,spot diameter 1.5mm,adhesive layer thickness.0.2mm. |
