Ink wastewater has the characteristics of high chroma,high concentration,high COD,difficult biodegradation and complex composition.With the vigorous development of printing industry,ink wastewater occupies a larger proportion in industrial wastewater,and the treatment process of ink wastewater It is also constantly being explored.In this paper,micro-nano bubbles have longer contact time in water than normal bubbles,can enhance the mass transfer at the solid-liquid interface,generate hydroxyl radicals during rupture,and have high interfacial potential and no secondary pollution.Micro-nano bubble aeration treatment.At the same time,due to the excellent characteristics of micro-nano bubbles,it has a wide range of applications in environmental management,water aeration,medical treatment,food processing,and daily life.In this paper,by comparing the residence time of micro-nano bubbles with ordinary bubbles in a 500mL measuring cylinder,the average value of multiple measurements is obtained:the residence time of micro-nano bubbles in water is 208s,and the shortness of ordinary bubbles from being taken to the table is short.In a few seconds,it has disappeared.At the same time,the effects of micro-nano bubble aeration and ordinary bubble aeration on the dye concentration,COD value and ammonia nitrogen removal in the ink wastewater were compared.It was confirmed that the micro-nano bubble aeration was better than the ordinary bubble aeration.According to the characteristics of the device,the ink wastewater with dye concentration of 91.5mg/L,149mg/L and 170mg/L was subjected to micro-nano bubble aeration treatment.By comparing the removal effects of various pollutants in wastewater,the dye concentration was obtained.The 91.5mg/L ink wastewater removal effect is better.According to the special properties of micro-nano bubbles,H2SO4 is added to the water to change the initial pH of the wastewater,NaCl is added to increase the concentration of electrolyte ions in the wastewater,and H2O2 is added to increase the concentration of OH-in the wastewater,thereby promoting the micro-nano bubble pair.The treatment effect of ink wastewater.(1)The acid is used to adjust the initial pH of the ink wastewater.When the initial pH of the ink wastewater is adjusted,the removal effect of each pollutant is better,which is due to the acid precipitation of the ink wastewater under acidic conditions,and the acid condition is lowered.The interfacial potential of the nanobubbles promotes the degradation of contaminants.When the initial pH of the ink wastewater is adjusted to 5,the removal effect of each pollutant is the best.(2)By adding different amounts of NaCl to the ink wastewater,the concentration of electrolyte ions in the water is changed,thereby changing the interface zeta potential of the micro-nano bubbles and promoting the adsorption energy of the micro-nano bubbles.By comparing the removal effects of various pollutants,it is concluded that when the salt content in the ink wastewater is 30mg/L,the removal effect of each pollutant is the best,and too much salt will inhibit the removal effect.(3)By adding different amounts of H2O2 to the ink wastewater to change the concentration of OH-in water,it is found through experiments that when the dosage of H2O2 is 0.5mL/L,the treatment effect on ink wastewater is the best,and too much The dosage of H2O2 will reduce the removal effect of each pollutant.The single factor experiment can be used to know the optimal dosage of each factor.However,considering the actual application,if the initial pH of the wastewater is adjusted to 5,it will have a certain corrosive effect on the metal device,which will protect the device and reduce waste of resources.The pH was then taken as the horizontal condition of the orthogonal experiment.The three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments were designed with three factors:initial pH of the wastewater,NaCl dosage,and H2O2 addition.Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimal orthogonal combination is obtained,and after further optimization experiments,the best combination of the ink wastewater treatment effect is obtained:when the initial pH of the wastewater is adjusted at 6,the dosage of NaCl is 25mg/L.
