| For the booming economy of China, the low-carbon intensive use of land has long been an inescapable topic. The faster the economic construction, the larger the population and the scarcity of land resources, the more urgent the demand for low-carbon intensive use of land.Guizhou Province,an "underdeveloped" region in China,is an important experimental area of ecological civilization in China. With the rapid development of economy and transportation in Guizhou Province in recent years, the transformation of land use mode directly affects the ecological environment and economic benefits of Guizhou Province. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the low-carbon intensive use of land in Guizhou Province.Based on the understanding of relevant concepts and theories, this paper combines the actual economic, social, land and ecological conditions of Guizhou Province from 2005 to2016 to calculate the gray correlation between land use change and carbon emissions in Guizhou Province.Determine the relationship between them, and then construct the evaluation index system of land intensive use in Guizhou Province from the perspective of low-carbon economy. The entropy method and obstacle factor analysis method are used to calculate the maximum influencing factors of the low-carbon intensive utilization of land in Guizhou Province from 2005 to 2016.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures for promoting low-carbon intensive use of land in Guizhou Province are proposed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The proportion of carbon sink land area decreased, the most obvious of which was the area of grassland decreased by 95.49%.In order to ensure the ecological safety of carbon sinks,it is necessary to strictly control the changes in the quantity and quality of carbon sinks, strengthen monitoring, ensure reasonable layout, and optimize utilization efficiency.Avoiding the carbon source encroachment on carbon sinks and other reasons led to the further expansion of land use carbon emissions in Guizhou Province.(2)The carbon use of land use in Guizhou Province showed a rapid growth trend. As of 2016,the growth rate was as high as 74.50%.Although the increase in land use carbon emissions has slowed down since 2013,in fact, the carbon use of landuse in Guizhou Province is still very large. Moreover, the increase in total carbon uptake by land use is much lower than the total carbon emissions, and the total carbon uptake by land use is only 11.87%.Therefore,in order to achieve sustainable development in Guizhou Province,it is necessary to directly reduce carbon emissions from land use,and a number of methods are used to strictly control the area change of carbon source land(mainly construction land),optimize the land structure of carbon sources to ensure the maximum reduction of land use carbon emissions.;(3)The level of low-carbon intensive use of land in Guizhou Province is generally on the rise, and has reached a state of intensive use in 2016.Increasingly high land low carbon intensive utilization represents the effective implementation of the provincial government’s policy implementation, and it is now necessary to maintain this growth to achieve the best intensive use. However, the pollution of production and living land and the low efficiency of energy use have hindered the development of low-carbon intensive use of land in Guizhou Province. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of water quality in Guizhou Province, increase the monitoring of the use of cultivated land fertilizers, strictly control the dynamic changes of construction land, rationally increase the area of the park, rationally adjust the land use structure, andconstruct a low-carbon,ecological land use model to ensure the green and sustainable development of land in Guizhou Province. |
