Research On Training And Development Of Human Resources In Geological Exploration Units

Geological exploration units are an important part of the land and resources system,which is related to all aspects of the national economy and the people’s livelihood and provides impetus for the country’s economic development.With the rapid development of the economy and the changing social environment,geological exploration units are facing new opportunities and challenges.The government’s shrinking funds and changes in the market environment have put forward higher requirements for the further development of geological exploration units.Talents are the first endogenous power for innovation,transformation and upgrading of geological exploration units.The training and development of human resources is an effective means for geological exploration units to strengthen their talent reserves and build a talent team.This paper takes the Qinhuangdao Geological Team as the research object,and conducts detailed analysis and investigation on the development process of the unit and the internal and external environment,talent construction,human resources development and training.Combining empirical analysis and theoretical analysis,it is found that the unit is in personnel training and development.There are still some problems,such as the training and development system is still not perfect,the staff training and development has not been closely integrated with the unit development strategy,and the corresponding solutions to the problem have been put forward,combined with the unit human resources development trend,talent development strategy,The purpose and principles of the human resources training and development system construction have put forward a feasible plan for the construction of human resources training and development system,which has played a guiding role for the construction of unit talents,and for other geological exploration units.Training and development work provides a certain reference.
