Coalfield geological exploration is a fundamental work of coal resourcesdevelopment and utilization, which undertakes dual responsibility of providingresources and geological services for the sustainable development of coal industry andeven energy industry. With the shortage of present energy resources and theincreasing requirement for coal resources for development and utilization at present,the marketization of energy resources is being accelerated, which raises higherdemands for the geological exploration. If the safety production conditions of the coalgeological exploration, especially the safety production conditions of drillingconstruction cannot be effectively guaranteed, the casualty will be generated, whichwill leads to a severe challenge for the safety of coal geological exploration.Therefore, effective methods and measures must be adopted for the study of the safetyproduction conditions of the coal geological exploration, which aims to improve thesafety production conditions and safety management level of the geologicalexploration industry.The creativity of the paper includes the following: Through systematic analysisof the unsafe behavior of the drilling workers, building the analysis system of theunsafe behavior of the drilling workers, combined with the status of the accidents ofthe geological drilling production by using the viewpoint of system science; buildingthe test and analysis system of consciousness and kinaesthesia level of the drillersduring working procedure, finding the change regularity of the consciousness andkinaesthesia level of the drillers; through dual tests of the psychology and physiologyindex, proposing the principle and order of the index determination, identifying thepsychology and physiology index of the driller and the tested method, building thedual test system for human psychology and physiology index and the evaluationmodel of the unsafe behavior of the drilling workers, as well as conductingdemonstration.The paper provides reliable and scientific basis for the safety management of thecoal exploration industry, which possesses important and realistic guiding significancefor the accidents prevention and reduction in the coal geological industry, especiallyfor the prevention of the accidents led by the human unsafe behavior.
