Research On The Coordination Degree Of Human Settlement Environment Quality And Economic Development Level In The Main Urban Area Of Xining City

The quality of urban residential environment is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of the city.With the improvement of Xining’s economic development level,people pay more and more attention to the change of residential environment.As an important space for people’s life,work,entertainment,travel and leisure,city is an important unit to optimize the quality of human settlements environment.and attaches importance to the coordinated development of the two so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of a harmonious livable city in Xining city in the future.This thesis selects central downtown as the research object,adopting the entropy value method to measure the quality of residential environment of the 26 indicators in Xining city from 2003 to 2017.Adopting the principal component analysis method to measure the level of economic development of the 15 indicators calculates in Xining city from 2003 to 2017,it is concluded that Xining city residential environment quality and economic development level have scored two indicators of composite to standardize.The coordination degree model was used to calculate the coordination degree between the quality of human settlement environment and the level of economic development in the main urban area of Xining city from 2003 to 2017.Based on the existing conclusions and analysis,the countermeasures for optimizing the coordinated development of the two were proposed.The results show that,the first of all,from 2003 to 2017,the quality of Xining’s residential environment presents an obvious rising trend.Among 26 measurement indicators,centralized drinking water quality success rate,average regional environmental noise,ten thousand people’s owning a bus,ten thousand people’s owning library number,ten thousand people’s health beds,and education and health cost expenditure proportion of these seven indicators is the main influence factors of quality of living environment.The level of economic development presents the obvious growth trend,and the main factors influencing Xining city economic development level is per capita GDP,per capita total retail sales of social consumer goods,two tertiary industry practitioners of the city from the proportion of the total number,urban per capita consumer spending,on-the-job worker and its per capita salary of these five indicators.It can also be found that through the calculation of coordination degree of xining city residential environment quality and the level of economic development coordination degree of the overall rise,and it has already achieved intermediate coordination,but has not yet reached the level of good coordination and good coordination.The result of the degree of coordinated development shows that the overall level of economic development lags behind the quality of human settlements.Therefore,economic development should also pay attention to the improvement and optimization of the quality of human settlements.Only by realizing the coordinated development of the two,can the healthy,orderly and stable development of the main urban area of Xining be guaranteed.
