Study On Evaluation And Optimization Of Human Settlements Quality In Hotan City

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the improvement of people’s living standards,the appearance of cities has greatly improved,but at the same time it has also brought a series of problems that seriously threaten human survival and life,such as:resource destruction,increased energy consumption,Pollution is intensifying...The quality of public services is low,and traffic congestion,etc.These problems not only restrict the construction of urban human settlements in China,but also increase the burden on the construction of human settlements in China.In the 21 st century,improving the quality of living environment construction has become a focus of global attention,and the construction of a harmonious,natural,healthy,and safe living environment will be the eternal theme of human development.The Central Economic Work Conference held in2015 put forward suggestions for building a harmonious,liveable,dynamic,and distinctive modern city,so that the construction of urban human settlements will become the focus of future urban work.The article takes Hotan City as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of human settlements construction in Hotan City.In order to understand the construction level of Hotan City ’s human settlements,based on the principle of “people-oriented”and drawing on previous research results,based on the actual situation of Hotan City,a reasonable evaluation index system was constructed,and objective data were combined with Hotan City.The city’s living environment is evaluated both horizontally and vertically.Secondly,on the basis of quantitative evaluation,a questionnaire survey was used to analyze the subjective feelings of Hotan residents on the construction of urban human settlements to make up for the lack of objective evaluation.Finally,according to the status quo and existing problems of human settlement environment construction,measures to optimize the construction of human settlement environment in Hotan City are put forward.Research indicates:(1)Using the principal component factor analysis method to evaluate and study the urban human settlement environment in Hotan City from 2008 to 2017,it was found that the overall level of the urban human settlement environment in Hotan City has been continuously improved.Among them,the economic environment,ecological environment,and public service environment,which have a large impact on the living environment of Hotan City,have shown a rising trend year by year.However,the contribution of the living environment and the construction of the human and social environment in the construction of human settlements is relatively small,which has not yet attracted enough attention.(2)Through the horizontal comparison of the living environment of Hotan City and other 12 cities in 2017,the shortcomings of the living environment construction of Hotan City in the comparison cities were obtained.Through comparison,the comprehensive economic development level and ecological environment construction of Hotan City were found.The level is the worst of the 13 cities.In recent years,although the economy of Hotan City has been developing continuously,due to the constraints of its own conditions,the development capacity is insufficient;and the air quality of Hotan City is not high and the greening is seriously insufficient.However,the living energy use situation of Hotan City is good,and the residents’ education level and social security need to increase investment efforts to improve.On this basis,we must focus on improving the city’s cultural and entertainment atmosphere.(3)Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey in Hotan City,it can be seen that residents’ satisfaction with different areas of the city is different,but on the whole,residents have a higher level of satisfaction with the quality of the living environment of Hotan City,but in the city Satisfaction in terms of air quality,noise in the living environment,convenience of transportation,and the quality of residents and the environment and atmosphere in the living area is relatively low.
