| It’s a common phenomenon that shoddy and deceptive hongmu furniture is filled with markets at present.It’s so hard for consumers to identify the species of hongmu furniture.There are many studies on the application of near infrared spectroscopy classification of wood species.But there are few researches on the identification of the finished hongmu furniture,mainly because many factors in the making process of hongmu furniture will affect the identification of near-infrared models.Therefore,this study explores the three processes of material selection,drying and surface decoration in the manufacturing process of hongmu furniture.And it analyzes the spectral characteristics and identification model of the wood section,sapwood and heartwood,moisture content and paint.The research conclusions are as follows:In the process of material selection,it was found that different sections of the near infrared spectrum absorbance were different.The discriminant model was established by PLS-DA,and it was found that the discrimination effect was better when predicting samples were the same as modeling samples.In the process of wood drying,the near-infrared absorption of wood increased with the increase of moisture content.And the PLS-DA model was established,the result showed that the discrimination effect was better when the moisture content of the predicting sample and the modeling sample was consistent.In the surface decoration process,the near-infrared spectrum data of logs and paint samples were analyzed,and it was found that the diffuse reflection of different kinds of paints would affect the original spectrum.But the effects could be reduced by spectral pretreatment.Compared with the different spectral preprocessing methods,modeling methods and feature wavelength extraction,the optimal method is SG smoothing + SG1 + OSC,and then SPA is selected for feature wavelength extraction.The established ELM model is the best results.And the correct rate is 99.61%.The method of distinguishing hongmu furniture by near-infrared spectroscopy has the characteristics of non-destructive,fast and accurate.With the continuous improvement of identification technology,it will become one of the means of identifying hongmu furniture in the future.It’s significant to protect consumer rights and the healthy development of hongmu furniture market. |
