| In the process of oilfield development,some oil and gas reservoirs have very low permeability.In addition,after a period of production of oil and gas wells that have been put into production,the formation pressure of oil and gas reservoirs will gradually decrease,resulting in lower reservoir permeability and lower production capacity,so it is necessary to use fracturing operation technology for oil and gas wells as the main measure to increase production.Hydraulic fracturing,as two techniques of fracturing operations,accounts for more than 98% of the total fracturing operations in oil fields,and the object of this paper is hydraulic fracturing operations.This paper is a sub-project of the author’s "Smart Oilfield" project in the third oil production plant of Yanchang Oilfield.At present,most of the hydraulic fracturing operation monitoring platforms in China’s oilfields use traditional SCADA monitoring and data acquisition systems,whose simulation diagrams are composed of flat dots and lines,with monotonous interfaces and poor interactivity.In addition,a more intuitive and interactive computer application system is also needed for program demonstration and handover before fracturing operations and personnel training for fracturing operations.This paper is based on this research and applies Web GL 3D visualization technology to oil fracturing monitoring system to realize real-time data transmission graphical display,abnormality warning and 3D scene dynamic visualization of oil field fracturing operation.The specific contents are as follows.(1)3D modeling.3D modeling and rendering of oilfield hydraulic fracturing operation scenes,operation equipment and pipelines,etc.,optimization of 3D models,and loading of these3 D models onto Web pages.(2)Loading optimization.The open source script Lodify is used for view window optimization,and the LOD(Level of Detail)algorithm is used to reduce the loading time of the3 D models,thus realizing the loading optimization of the 3D models.(3)Real-time data transmission.The Web Socket protocol is used to transmit data packets of hydraulic fracturing operations in the form of data frames to achieve highly concurrent data frame transmission and reduce the data transmission time delay to a level close to real-time communication.(4)Establishment of fracturing operation database.Collect data of oil pressure,set pressure,tubing discharge,total hydraulic pressure,sand concentration,total sand volume and other aspects during hydraulic fracturing operation in oilfield,classify and establish database of each business,and interface with oilfield fracturing operation data.At the same time,we consider the hierarchy of user rights and design confidential fields for data encryption.The difficulty of this paper lies in the need of 3D modeling and rendering of various operation vehicles,equipment and operation scenes of oilfield fracturing operations,and loading the 3D model for optimization.Real-time data transmission and interfacing with the database is also a problem that needs to be solved.This paper finally designs and implements a threedimensional oilfield fracturing operation visualization system,which is verified to meet the actual needs of oilfield fracturing operation management. |
