With the development of economy and the intensification of industry competition,the role of human capital in the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more important.The survival and development of any organization cannot do without human capital.Employees are the core competitiveness in the process of enterprises’development.As human resources management appeared late in China,and some enterprises indifference the scientific management of employees,and there is no systematic management system.At present,the phenomenon of employee drain is becoming more and more serious.Reasonable employee turnover can guide the continuous and steady development of enterprises,and the excessive loss of employees will have a serious negative impact on the company.Qingdao Jinjing Glass Company is a subsidiary of Shandong Glass Group.There is no separate personnel department in the company,and it lacks a complete human resources management system.As the company continues to expand,the company’s staff management flaws become more apparent.In recent years,the company’s management personnel and technical personnel have flowed frequently.This will not only affect the enthusiasm of the internal employees of the company,but also will even have an important impact on the normal operation of the company.In order to solve the problem of employee drain in Qingdao Jinjing Glass Company and tap the real reason for the loss of employees,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee drain.The study found that the factors that affect employee turnover are divided into three parts:first,the individual background characteristics,including gender,age,and job position;second,the company’s internal factors,including job stress,salary,career,etc.;external factors.The study also identified the mechanism of action between the influencing factors,and found that"job satisfaction",one of the influencing factors,was an intermediary factor and constructed a theoretical model that could reflect the mechanism of action between the factors.Based on clear three types of influencing factors,targeted recommendations are made for Qingdao Jinjing Glass Company.,mainly including:establishing a harmonious employee relationship;improving working hours and working environment;establishing a complete compensation and welfare system and incentive mechanism,etc.The solution to the problem of internal employee drain in Jinjing Glass Company provides reference and guidance.
