.In order to realize the data acquisition and analysis of the running state of the machine feed drive system,a machine state data acquisition system based on CompactRIO is designed.The traditional data acquisition platform is relatively real-time,and the analysis method is relatively simple.Most of them are based on theoretical derivation and simulation.The data acquisition platform of this paper can collect and analyze data in real time,and more importantly,the analysis module is based on experiments and can adjust the parameters of the correlation function dynamically according to different objects to be tested,which has stronger real-time and engineering significance.The components of the system hardware include servo motors,ball screws,motion controllers,data acquisition cards and various sensors.The software part includes the data acquisition module and the data analysis module.It uses a variety of test methods and modern signal analysis methods to complete the analysis of the multi-faceted test equipment.The temperature data acquisition and analysis module combines the NI9516 temperature acquisition board with the LabVIEW program to solve the defect that the traditional CNC machine data acquisition system cannot collect the temperature information of the CNC machine in real time.The data analysis module written by LabVIEW first extracts some data from the acquired signals,and then uses the Grubbs criterion to eliminate the coarse errors in the data.Finally,the Newton interpolation method is used to fit the corresponding curve to reflect the temperature change trend.The vibration data acquisition and analysis module combines the NI9234 capture card with the LabVIEW program to acquire the vibration signal.Based on the traditional wavelet analysis,the new threshold function proposed in this paper can be based on the signal.Different signal-to-noise ratios,dynamic adjustment of relevant parameters,can effectively denoise the collected vibration signals.Practice has proved that the processed signal can better reflect the peaks and troughs of the signal,which is helpful for further analysis and research.The system covers the construction of the hardware platform and the writing of the software program,optimizes the man-machine interface,and can monitor the change of the operating state of the working area of the machine tool in real time.The experiment can prove that the system has well immovability and feasibility,and supplies powerful technical support for the development of intelligent manufacturing in the future.
