Coal is our country's primary energy, and plays an important role in the national economy.In resent years, the coal accidents happened frequently in our country, especially gas and roof accidents. These accidents jeopardize the safety of coal mine seriously. To realize scientific management for mine production, reducing roof of underground mine accident plank, the roof pressure must be tested and controlled. At present most roof pressure detecting which underground coal mine in our country with low accuracy, low work efficiency in mechanical or the hydraulic testing instruments. And more advanced mine pressure testing system, due to the cable communication manner, configuration complex, wiring, and maintenance difficulties, meanwhile compatibility is poor, expansion ability is not strong and so on. Therefore, the development of a coal mine underground based on wireless communication plank pressure of intelligent sampling and processing equipment is very necessary.Based on thorough compared the roof at home and abroad pressure data collection system and processing equipment, after the superiority of access and digest a lot of relevant literature in China, on the basis of mine pressure detection system according to the situation of development of underground, we design a kind of data acquisition device and roof pressure based on wireless transmission of intelligent analysis device. They are respectively using LPC2103 and LPC2131,which have the high performance in ARM7 series microcontroller and the whole system designed with low power consumption. The roof pressure data collection instrument could be complete timing acquisition and storage roof pressure data, wireless receive and process all kinds of intelligent analysis device orders, and meanwhile transmits pressure data to intelligence analysis device by wireless way. Intelligence analysis device can wireless access and storage pressure data, wireless calibration data acquisition device underground roof pressure real-time clock, graphical display and intelligent analysis the collection pressure data, and transmits the pressure data and analysis results to PC.First, this paper expatiates the system's overall plan, each device's function and the selection of microcontroller, pressure sensor and wireless transmission mode. Then according to the each device's function, the design of the hardware circuit and software programming two aspects is introduced in detail. Hardware circuit design, including power supply circuit, sensor signal transform circuit, storage circuit, alarm circuit, wireless digital circuit, serial communication circuit, liquid crystal display circuit, buttons circuit and so on; The software design using modularization program design ideas, including initial system anti-fuzzy procedures, system Settings subroutines, wireless data acquisition, storage pressure data subroutines, wireless calibration real-time clock subroutines, pressure data analysis subroutines, pressure data chart shows subroutines, pressure upload data subroutines and so on.After a great deal of experiment, it turns out that this system is stable in operation and can be operated conveniently. In addition, the system has many advantages, such as high-precision, low power consumption, and reach the goal of the system characteristics performance. It is beneficial to China development of underground pressure detection of automation degree of roof enhancement, to guarantee the safety of our country's coal industry production is of great significance.
