With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry,a large number of coal chemical lock slag ball valves have been applied to the coal chemical industry,and gradually become one of the indispensable important valve equipment.Due to the different pressures of the medium under the various conditions of the ball valve opening to closing,the influence is different.Therefore,the high-performance lock slag ball valve is an inevitable requirement for production under complicated working conditions.From the sealing point of view,the sealing surface should have suitable specific pressure,slight deformation and less friction and wear.For the entire lock slag seal model,it should also meet the principle of high strength and small deformation to ensure its long service life.This article will be based on this,with the use of CAE software to combine traditional design and finite element research.Firstly,based on the requirements,basic parameters and traditional design methods of coal chemical lock slag ball valve,this paper makes simple traditional design calculation and establishes its model,which lays a foundation for subsequent simulation.Then,using the ball valve sealing theory as the judgment standard,the contact research of the sealing surface was carried out,and the sealing specific pressure condition with or without the medium pressure and the frictional force at the presence or absence of the coating seal were analyzed.Through simulation,the lock slag ball valve is driven by the medium pressure to push the valve front sealing seat to achieve sealing,and the use of WC coating material is beneficial to reduce the friction at the sealing surface.Secondly,the overall deformation of the sealing ball seat and the stress and deformation of the parts of the sealing slag ball valve under different working conditions are analyzed and compared.At the same time,it is evaluated whether the strength of the valve body under the design pressure and the test pressure meets the requirements for its use.Then the thermal structure coupling study was carried out when the lock slag ball valve was operated under the high temperature condition of 240.C.Finally,the stress-deformation of the lock slag ball valve under special working conditions is within a reasonable range,which can meet the requirements of high-performance ball valve requirements.Finally,based on the sealed model,the experimental design analysis and research were carried out.The influence of valve seat size change,medium pressure and spring preload force on the output parameters of the seal model was found out.The axial dimension change and radial thickness dimension change of the valve seat were obtained.The change rule of its output parameters provides theoretical guidance for the optimal design of the valve seat.
