Based on the upright grinding system reform project of Anshan Fengjia Chemical Co Ltd.,the functions of the control system of powder grinding process,temperature control of powder grinding process,pressure control of hydraulic press,precision control of powder grinding and load distribution of equipment stability grinding unit are studied in this paper.An Anshan Fengjia process control system and its application software have been developed,and good application results have been achieved on site.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the framework of grinding production control system of Anshan Fengjia Chemical Co.,Ltd.was established according to the conditions of the field.The process of establishing mathematical model of process control was introduced,including the temperature model of grinding process and the pressure model of hydraulic press.Because the field temperature model has the characteristics of non-linearity,strong coupling,uncertainty and large time delay,the model of main body temperature precise control grinding process is established systematically.Powder grinding belongs to thermal processing control system [2],and the influence of temperature change on products is particularly obvious.The hydraulic model of the system starts from the pressure stability of the hydraulic press to improve the grinding control accuracy of the system.The pressure model of the system hydraulic press is established.On this basis,the regression model of hydraulic moment compensation is obtained,which also improves the prediction accuracy of the main engine hydraulic pressure.Secondly,the field hardware adopts the combination of PLC and host computer which is widely used at present.The host computer adopts the host computer of Yanhua Science and Technology,which is more stable in the market at present.It communicates with a programmable controller PLC,adopts the communication mode of ethernet,and the signal acquisition and communication on the spot are completed by PLC.The host computer is responsible for displaying the signal on the spot and transmitting the specific information processing results back to the scene.Thirdly,the temperature calculation model and temperature prediction process of the grinding process are established,and the temperature prediction method of the grinding unit is given.This self-learning method of temperature model not only ensures the accuracy of grinding temperature prediction,but also uses ADRC technology to establish grinding control system,which can predict and compensate the internal and external disturbances of controlled objects with limited capacity of anti-interference and system controllability.Aiming at most of the adaptive methods used in the field at present,an adaptive control system structure composed of model controller is designed,which can not only eliminate the hydraulic pressure deviation,but also combine the control object of powder grinding equipment.Combining withtraditional PID control algorithm,the advantages of model adaptive control algorithm such as good anti-interference are perfectly combined.Finally,this paper summarizes the work,and looks forward to the future direction and objectives of the paper work.
