Soft drinks can also be called non-alcoholic drinks.Its development is closely related to people’s quality of life,and it has gone through the process from low level to high level,from simple to complex.Until now,the innovation of beverage packaging has been the subject of research and exploration in the field of design.In the field of soft drinks sales,packaging can be called a silent salesman,and its appeal can not be underestimated.Therefore,in order to improve the attractiveness of goods shelves,there must be a breakthrough in the design of soft drinks packaging design,In this paper,the "Synaesthesia Design" was applied to the soft drink packaging design,so as to attract more consumers’ attention,to increase sales and stabilize the market competitiveness.What is the "Synaesthesia Design" in the packaging design---it mainly refers to endow the soft drinks packaging with the synaesthesia emotion factors,so that people can meet each other’ s psychological feelings through association and imagination as well as combined with the daily life of the sight,hearing,touch,smell,taste and other sensory experience.This paper mainly explain the embodiment of synaesthesia in design from four plates:(1)Four elements of packaging: text,graphics,color,format;(2)Expounds the ingenious application of synaesthesia design from the visual perception and tactile perception of the packaging;(3)The author puts forward that the future development of the industry,should improve the soft drinks packaging from the aspect of synaesthesia design personalization,functionalization,localization and technology.In order to create innovative and practical products for the enterprise image,also shorten the distance between the brand and consumer groups at the same time,as well as to promote consumption,improve product sales and market competitiveness.Through the research of this paper,it shows that the synaesthesia design is a sharp weapon in the soft drinks packaging design;It’s a new thinking mode for the future development of the industry;It is also a new guide for soft drinks companies to promote their products and open up new channels for market sales;At the same time,it can also help soft drinks packaging designers to find more new perspectives and new ideas.
