Applied Research Of Balanced Scorecard In Performance Evaluation Of Environmental Enterprises

Nowadays,the market is highly competitive and performance evaluation is particularly important in monitoring and managing its own business conditions.The traditional PEC system is generally based on financial indicators,with lagging,one-sided and short-term flaws.Enterprises tend to pay attention to the balanced scorecard.BSC plays an important role in improving corporate finances,increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty,improving employee expertise and optimizing internal business processes.Environmental service companies have also shown good prospects.However,in general,Unreasonable industrial structure,low technical content,lack of high-end services,and low quality of personnel have hindered environmental protection.Therefore,it is very important to conduct BSC research at an environmental service company.At present,domestic experts and scholars lack comprehensive and systematic research on how to establish a BSC performance evaluation system in environmental service enterprises.This paper first introduces and analyzes the status quo of environmental protection service enterprises,and introduces the necessity and feasibility of BSC application in environmental protection enterprises.AHP is used for weight calculation and one-time inspection of characteristic roots.The results were calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the results were analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the Tus-Sound(hereinafter referred to as Q company)engaged in environmental protection dredging business is used as an example to analyze the case using the BSC evaluation system constructed in the paper.The author believes that the evaluation system and results constructed in this paper can provide reference and suggestions for enterprises to improve their own management and accomplish the development goals of the company.
