The flatness of the surface of the knitted fabric is a key control indicator in the dyeing and finishing process.It is closely related to the usability of the product and the comfort of the user.At present,the detection of fabric flatness in the production of dyeing and finishing enterprises still relies on the traditional offline sampling method.On the one hand,the detection method artificially damages the integrity of the finished fabric,resulting in waste of certain products;Such off-line detection has the hysteresis of production and cannot meet the real-time nature of production control.At the same time,for the control of fabric flatness,most of the production relies on the rough accumulation of experience accumulation.This regulation process is time-consuming and laborious,and can not be guaranteed in the accuracy of control,which greatly affects production efficiency and production cost.Therefore,on-line detection and precise control of the flatness quality index in the heat setting process of fabrics have become the key technical problems to be solved in processing and production.In view of the above production problems,this topic has made the following research contents:1.The latitudinal weight-weight on-line detection device was designed based on the variation of the latitudinal weight characteristics of the fabric under different flatness.The real-time monitoring and analysis of the weft weight of the fabric was used to reflect the surface roughness of the fabric.2.Based on the latitudinal weight on-line detection device,a two-dimensional new method for on-line detection of fabric flatness for production operation was designed.The practicality and accuracy of the test method were verified by comparative analysis.3.Taking the needle clamp type tenter setting machine as the research object,the main processing links affecting the flatness of the fabric were obtained through the analysis and summary of the experiment,and the control schemes under different flatness problems were summarized.At the same time,the closed loop PID was introduced.Part of the automatic follow-up regulation improves the quality of production.4.The relationship between key indicators and variables on the control of fabric flatness is analyzed.The parameter model of smoothness control in the process is established,and the precision of production control is improved.The accuracy and effectiveness of the model are verified by experimental analysis.5.With Kingview,PLC and database as the core,the knitting fabric flatness control system was designed,realizing the real-time acquisition of production data,production control and timely interaction of man-machine information,and improved the efficiency of production and processing.Through the study of the above content,it can provide an effective reference for the precise control of the heat setting and flatness of knitted fabrics,which is of great significance for the improvement of production quality and production efficiency.
