Chinese iron ore resources are abundant,iron ore reserves rank fourth in the world,but the distribution of iron ore production areas is uneven and poor.The average grade of iron ore in China is only about 31%.So far,Chinaese iron ore imports account for more than half of the world's iron ore trade.Therefore,China faces the growing contradiction between supply and demand of iron ore,low level of iron ore resource protection,low iron ore self-sufficiency rate and increased dependence on foreign countries.With the increase in demand for iron ore in the domestic steel market and the increase in international iron ore prices,the development and utilization of a large number of low-grade iron ore is possible.Some pyrites in iron ore have high sulfur content and need to be magnetically separated to separate them from iron.However,when S exists in the form of pyrrhotite,it cannot be effectively removed by magnetic separation,so flotation is adopted.In turn,a more pure iron concentrate is obtained,improves the efficiency of iron making and steel making,reduces the discharge of S into the air,reduces the pollution to the environment,and promotes the production of the steel industry.The stability of Chinaese national economy and the sustainable development of society.Mainly studies the desulfurization process of magnetite and the effect of different kinds of collectors and non-universal quantities on the desulfurization of high sulfur magnetite.The experimental results show that for high-sulfur magnetite in a certain place,copper sulfate is used as the activator,Dinghuang + butyl ammonium is mixed as the collector,and No.2 oil is the foaming agent,and the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm.Under the condition of 73%,the iron content of iron concentrate was 68.640%,the sulfur content was reduced to 0.193%,the iron recovery rate was 91.96%,and the corresponding magnetic iron recovery rate was 98.86.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm and 85%,the iron content of the iron concentrate is 69.317%,the sulfur content is reduced to 0.187%,and the iron recovery rate is obtained by the first flotation sulfur-postmagnetic separation process.91.64%,the corresponding magnetic iron recovery rate was 98.54%.The first floating and post-magnetic process is adopted,the sulfur is recovered well,the recovery rate is high,and the sulfur content in the iron concentrate is also decreased,and the effect is good.Figure16;Table42;Reference 60.
