Research On Emergency Management System Of Road Traffic In The Emergency Of Small And Medium Towns

Taking increasingly complex emergencies in the process of urbanization development as historical background,this paper has studied urban road traffic characteristics,major types and characteristics of small and medium-sized towns systematically.Based on the concept of road traffic emergency management in small and medium-sized cities and towns under emergencies,a sound road traffic emergency management system has been constructed.The results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:First of all,the thesis has sorted out the research status of urban road traffic emergency management,and has found that the research degree of subdivision is insufficient.This paper proposed to rebuild the emergency management system suitable for the development of small and medium-sized towns,specifically targeted at the lack of traffic emergency management of the road with characteristics of small and mediumsized towns.Secondly,it has mainly studied the main types of emergencies in small and mediumsized towns,road traffic characteristics of small and medium-sized towns,and emergency management status,etc.,integrating and analyzing the existing problems of road traffic emergency management in small and medium-sized towns,and put forward systematic ideas.Besides,a sound road traffic emergency management system for small and mediumsized cities and towns should be built,covering the system guidelines,emergency management organization setup,decision-making system,road optimization and other comprehensive contents.Finally,the system-based construction has been applied to the study of emergency management countermeasures of road traffic in Caofeidian.Practical solutions in emergency road line planning and emergency case treatment has been provided,and the rationality and operability of the system construction are verified.Figure6;Table2;Reference 47...
