| With the further development of urbanization construction,water environmental pollution has become an important restricting factor for local economic transformation and urban image construction.It is necessary and urgent to promote the comprehensive treatment of urban water body and improve the quality of water environment continuously to achieve the goal of water quality.According to relevant regulations,in the initial stage of construction,major investment projects should carry out risk investigation of social stability,analyze the risk factors,the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of impact,and put forward risk prevention measures.Therefore,how to use the knowledge of risk assessment to investigate,identify and evaluate the social stability risk of the water environment comprehensive treatment project,and formulate effective risk prevention measures,so that the water environment comprehensive treatment project can smoothly promote the construction,is a topic worthy of in-depth discussion.Through the longitudinal analysis of the relevant theoretical basis of social stability risk assessment,and horizontal comparison of the rules and regulations of social stability risk assessment issued by provinces and municipalities,this thesis puts forward the assessment procedures and methods of social stability risk of water environment comprehensive management project.Combining with the case of social stability risk analysis of LS river basin water environment comprehensive treatment project in Nanhai County,the feasibility of risk assessment procedure and method for social stability of water environment comprehensive treatment project is verified through risk analysis of specific projects.Finally,comprehensive and effective risk management measures are put forward for the social stability risk of water environment comprehensive management project,which can also provide reference for the implementation of other similar projects. |
