The Management Of Knowledge Staff In R&D Department

Currently,innovation has been the soul of an enterprise and the power of an enterprise’s sustainable development.The knowledge staff management,as one of the core contents in R&D management,has played a more and more important role in new technology and new product developments.Enhancing the innovation efficiency by effective knowledge staff management is a hot topic.This paper describes the current status and future trend of the adhesive industry,and has a study on the characteristic and opportunities of the knowledge staff management under this adhesive industry background.This paper has an overall introduction to B Company,including its history,technology,products and applications.Based on the high turnover rate in R&D,this paper analyzed the root causes and exist R&D management issues from the point of organizational structure management,project management,and human resource management.Finally,considering the details of knowledge staff management status in company B,systematic solutions are recommended.In this paper,the study about knowledge staff management will be valuable for R&D management optimization in China small and medium-sized enterprises,especially in chemical industry.
