During the industrialization process, the material demands of human beings were greatly satisfied and meanwhile, the environmental problem brought forward gradually drawn people’ attention.Environmental problems such as melting glaciers and rise of sea level were all caused by the carbon emission.China,as a rapidly developing and the highest energy consuming country, now needs effective measures and solutions in such a difficult time. The study of the relationship between regional income disparities and carbon emissions within our country has fallen behind foreign countries. What’s more, there is fewer study of the relationship between regional carbon disclosure level and carbon emissions. This paper enlarge the variable of carbon disclosure level from corporate level to regional level and study the relationship of carbon emissions,GDP,GINI index,Industrial output ratio, the level of urbanization and carbon disclosure level. The sample was set to the data of 27 regions during 2005 to 2014.Our study shows that GDP,GINI index and Industrial output ratio variables all have positive correlation with carbon emission while the level of urbanization and the carbon disclosure level variables have negative correlation. That means, when the regional income disparities become larger, the more carbon emissions will come and when the carbon disclosure level arises, the carbon emissions will be reduced.
