Soil provides necessary living conditions for crops.With the increasing industrialization,a large number of pesticide and fertilizers were used and solid waste left in the soil etc.,resulting in soil under the huge environmental pollutants,the soil is becoming increasingly overwhelmed.Soil itself has a certain ability to purify,but when the pollutants exceed its purification capacity,it will lead to a series of changes in the soil,and eventually lead to soil pollution.In soil pollution,heavy metal pollution has become increasingly prominent.It is an urgent problem to find a quick and effective method to repair the heavy metal pollution and improve the productivity of the soil.The high efficiency and low cost of microbial remediation has become a hot spot in recent years.Three kinds of microbial agents are selected to study the effect of its effect on heavy metal in soil.The specific researches are as follows:(1)Heavy metal Cu,Zn,Hg,Cd was added to the soil respectively,and then the effect of the three preparations(Eco-cleanM preparation,AB preparation and Trichoderma sp.Preparation)on the bio-availability of four kinds of heavy metals in soil was studied.The results showed that:The bio-available of four heavy metals showed a decreasing trend in soils after applying of the Eco-cleanM preparation,and the bio-available of four heavy metals showed an increasing trend in soils after applying of the AB preparation,but the bio-available of four heavy metals showed a different result after applying of the Trichoderma sp preparation.(2)The bio-available Zn and Zn accumulation of Amaranthus mangostanus L.in soils with 97.4,300,600 and 900 mg·kg~-11 of Zn was studied after applying of the two preparations(AB preparation and Trichoderma sp.preparation).The results indicated that the bio-available Zn showed an decreasing trend in soils with all Zn concentrations after applying of the Trichoderma sp.preparation,the most decreasing rate was19.47%,but the AB preparation increased bio-available Zn,the most increasing rate was 31%;The plant biomass of Amaranthus mangostanus L.and the concentration of Zn showed an increasing trend in soils with all Zn concentrations after applying of the two preparations.(3)Eco-cleanM preparation was applied to the soil contaminated by heavy metal Cd,and the effect of Eco-cleanM preparation to the number of soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity was studied.The results showed that:after the application of Eco-cleanM,the number of microorganisms in the soil and the activity of the enzyme was increased,which provided the basis for the bioremediation of heavy metals in soil.
