The electric spindle is one of the key functional components of the CNC machine tool,and its performance will directly affect the overall performance of the CNC machine tool.In order to enhance the competitiveness of China's electric spindle technology and increase its market share,it is very important to improve the comprehensive performance of domestic electric spindles.With the improvement of the electric spindle,the demand for the performance test of the electric spindle has been highlighted.For high-speed and high-precision electric spindles,there is currently no uniform detection method for reference.In detecting the products,the domestic electric spindle manufacturers are not perfect before leaving the factory.In order to improve the detection efficiency,it is necessary to develop a set of electric spindle performance detection system,which can be referenced and used by the electric spindle research and development unit.According to the detection index of MS290 electric spindle,carry out the overall design of the electric spindle test system.Determine the type and model of the sensors required for each experiment,and select the sensor and acquisition board.Build the MS290 electric spindle test platform.Study the method of separating rotation error based on mathematical statistics,which can process a large number of collected data and separate the rotation error of the spindle;use the least square circle method as the evaluation method of the rotation error of MS290 motorized spindle;develop simulation software to simulate and calculate the above method,and compares with the test results of the rotary accuracy tester,which proves the reliability of the method.The software system of motorized spindle test system is developed based on LabVIEW.Each test module includes data acquisition,data analysis and display,waveform drawing,data and pictures storage,data backtracking and corresponding filtering program,which can realize the corresponding detection function.Test the MS290 electric spindle produced by an electric spindle development company in Changzhou.On the developed electric spindle performance test system,thetemperature rise,thermal elongation,rotation error and sound pressure level of the electric spindle were tested and analyzed.In the rotation error detection experiment,the results of two-point method and three-point method are analyzed.It can be concluded that the detection accuracy of the detection system can meet the requirements of the index.
