Metal processing is the pillar of the manufacturing industry,the main form of modern industry,and an important indicator of a country's economic competitiveness.With the development of the automotive,electronic products,instrumentation and other industries,the need for presses is also increasing.With the research of domestic servo control technology,the emergence of new technologies,new materials and product shapes,it is extremely urgent to develop high-precision,high-response,flexible and intelligent new presses.The traditional press has been unable to meet the industrial needs of future processing.The servo press directly controls the crank with the AC servo motor to realize the flexible control of the press movement,which has become the future development trend of the industry.This thesis starts with the traditional mechanical press and analyzes its shortcomings.Combined with the research status of servo press at home and abroad,this thesis expounds the significance of the research on servo press.Focus on the design and implementation of servo press CNC system.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Combining the development status at home and abroad,researching the basic functions and performance characteristics of the traditional press CNC system,servo control system and traditional press;(2)Analyzed the structure of the press body,the trajectory of the slider and the acceleration and deceleration control technology of the control system and the design requirements of the servo press CNC system.The overall solution of the servo press CNC system was designed.(3)Independently develop and design the hardware platform of DSP+FPGA,which is used to realize the acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,and realize the full closed-loop motion control of the servo press.(4)Design and implement the upper computer system of the numerical control system,and manage the machining curve and parameters of the numerical control system.(5)At the end of the thesis,the servo press numerical control system designed and implemented was tested.The test shows that the designed system meets the user's needs.
