Compared with the one-axis servo press, there are some advantages of the two-axisdirect-drive servo press: it can improve system rigidity, extend the service life of the screw,improve system response and provide greater pressure. The biaxial actuator has the aboveadvantages, but if the two motors are not synchronized, not only cannot get the desiredpressure value, but also bring damage to the mechanical structure. Therefore, the twomotor synchronization and to minimize the synchronization error is a problem worthy ofstudy. In this paper, the double helix driven synchronous servo press control strategy,specific studies are as follows:Analysis of press molding accuracy and in accordance with the two-axis drive servopresses running curve planning, including the S-curve acceleration and deceleration plans,cubic spine curve planning. S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm to ensure that,by the start-up phase, the acceleration attenuation of the high-speed stage, give full play ofthe motor performance and reduce the starting impact. Cubic splint difference curve hashigh control precision, smooth transition and impact. Actual tests show that the S-curveacceleration and deceleration algorithm and cubic splint interpolation algorithm can bettermeet the needs of high-performance servo press motion curve planning.Analyses of the common synchronization control, and compare the advantages anddisadvantages of comparison. The theoretical analysis of the series operation controlprograms and electronic imaginary axis do the advantages and disadvantages, as aplatform for the series operation control and electronic virtual master control experimentswere carried out and compared to independent research and development1000KN servopress. The results show that higher synchronization accuracy using electronic Virtual axiscontrol. The software is applied to1000KN synchronic direct-drive servo presssuccessfully, on which is able to run steadily.
