| Construction industry is an industry with high incidence of safety accidents.With the development of society,more and more construction workers flood into construction enterprises.These construction workers are often not highly educated and have little awareness of safety in production.These unsafe behaviors will gradually form a variety of safety accidents,the life safety of construction workers harm.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the safety behavior of construction workers,and incentive mechanism is an effective means to improve the safety behavior of construction workers.However,there are still few relevant achievements about the impact of safety incentive mechanism on the safety behavior of construction workers in China,so this paper carries out relevant research.Paper first review of related literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research status quo of incentive mechanism,safety behavior,then use the literature analysis method to extract the 25 safety incentive mechanism of the influence factors of construction workers safety behavior,using expert scoring method and weighting method screening identified 14 factors of which identified six latent variables,22 observed variables,According to the variables,the research hypothesis of the influence of safety incentive mechanism on construction workers’ safety behavior is proposed,and a complete structural equation theoretical model is established on this basis.Then questionnaires were used to obtain the data,and reliability and validity analysis was carried out.After meeting the standards,structural equation model analysis was used to test the fitting index of the theoretical model.Path analysis and influence coefficient analysis were carried out on the behavior influence model,and nine research hypotheses were verified to have significant influence.Then,the comprehensive influence factor analysis was used to calculate the influence degree of each observation variable on safety behavior.Through the comparison of path influence coefficients,positive material and reverse material incentives → safety experience→safe behavior,positive material and reverse material incentives→safety training→safe behavior,positive material and reverse material incentives →safety skills→safety Behavior,positive material incentives and positive spiritual incentives→ collective identity → safe behaviors,positive material incentives and reverse material incentives→safety management personnel capabilities→safe behaviors and other significant paths,combined with significant paths,do a good job in safety training,Improve workers’ safety skills,increase workers’ safety experience,strengthen management personnel’s ability,increase team members’ safety communication,and improve workers’ collective identity.To contribute to the benign development of China’s construction industry... |
