In this thesis,macroporous polystyrene resin beads were prepared by suspension polymerization of styrene as monomers,and then modified on the basis of macroporous styrene resin beads to prepare sulfonic acid resin,amine resin and amino group.Resin-metal complex.The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectrophotometer(FT-IR).The resin beads were then applied to adsorb aromatic organic compounds,metal ions and ?-diketone organic substances.The adsorption effect of the resin beads was measured,and the relevant adsorption mechanism was analyzed by kinetic model fitting.The experiment of this thesis can be divided into three parts:(1)Firstly,a macroporous styrene resin was prepared,and then two macroporous styrene resins having a large specific surface area were obtained by a "post-crosslinking" reaction.The adsorption of o-nitrobenzoic acid on the resin before and after modification was investigated by contrast adsorption experiments.The adsorption capacity of the modified macroporous polystyrene resin to o-nitrobenzoic acid was up to 100 mg/g.The adsorption effect of the macroporous styrene resin is improved.(2)A sulfonic acid resin was prepared by sulfonation reaction on the basis of the macroporous styrene resin after the "post-crosslinking" reaction.The sulfonic acid functional group content was 4.13 mmol/g,and the sulfonic acid resin was investigated for sulfuric acid.The adsorption effect of the copper solution,as a result,the adsorption amount of copper ions can reach 47.1 mg / g.(3)Amino resin was prepared from chloromethylated macroporous polystyrene resin beads.The functional group content was 1.42 mmol/g,and the amine-Cu composite resin was obtained by adsorbing copper ions.The adsorption of ethyl acetoacetate showed that the adsorption capacity of the composite resin to ethyl acetoacetate reached 22.4 mg/g.In summary,the macroporous styrene resin,sulfonic acid resin and amine-based resin prepared in this paper have good application prospects in water treatment and adsorption.
