| Rolling bearing friction torque is an important performance index of the bearing,which directly affects the bearing temperature rise and equipment energy consumption.Tapered roller bearings are an important category.They are widely used and can withstand large loads and are used in heavy machinery.At present,the measurement method of friction torque of rolling bearing under heavy load is not perfect,especially the friction torque of the rotating main shaft during measurement and the friction torque generated by the contact between the heavy load device and the outside are mixed into the measured value,resulting in large measurement error and low precision.Therefore,this paper studies the method of measuring the friction torque of rolling bearings under heavy conditions.In this paper,based on the balance method friction torque measurement principle,the paired bearings are simultaneously measured,the friction torque measurement is applied to convert the heavy load into the axial internal force between the two bearings,the force sensor is connected with the bearing outer ring,and the bearing rolling element and the outer ring are The frictional force between the two is equal to the friction torque of the force sensor system,and the friction torque of the rolling bearing is measured.The main research content of this paper:Firstly,a method for measuring the friction torque of rolling bearings under heavy load based on balance method is proposed.A pair of tested bearings are combined into one unit to be tested,and the two tested bearings are supported by each other to avoid contact with the outside world and avoid introducing errors.Secondly,a heavy-duty axial loading device for rolling bearings is designed.With internal force loading,the axial internal force is applied to the bearing,and heavy loads can be applied without contact with the outside world,ensuring the need for high-precision measurement.Finally,the experimental setup was developed and actual measurements were taken.The axial load is applied by using a relatively rigid spring.The two ends of the spring are respectively two tested bearings,and the load is kept stable by ensuring the relative positions of the two tested bearings.During the measurement,the measurement of the dynamic friction torque is completed by the balance method at a constant rotation speed,and the average value of all the data measured in a short period of time is taken as the measurement result of the dynamic friction torque of the experiment.The repetitive accuracy of the dynamic friction torque of the verified equipment is less than ±3%. |
